Watercoloring with Oxide Spray Inks

I LOVE playing with these AMAZING spray inks.. Oxide Spray Inks.. and you are about to find out why!!

Check out what the colors of Spray Ink look like when you spray them into a palette and then WATERCOLOR with the colors!!!

Now check out using this background stamp from Hero Arts, Circle Pattern Bold Print. I used the black embossing powder and heat-set it.

The image is RAISED UP allowing the watercolor to fall around the texture and acts like a resist!!

Check out this idea.. which is very similar.. using the White Embossing Powder on pink card stock with this amazing stamp image from Altenew

I did the “watercoloring” with just 2 colors of Distress Oxide Spray Ink, Picked Raspberry and Rustic Wilderness

I am IN LOVE with this stunning effect!!

Here, I stamped the same image with Versamark Ink, sprinkled on White Embossing Powder, and then did watercolors with 3 colors of Distress Oxide Spray Inks” Squeezed Lemonade, Crushed Pistachio, and Rustic Wilderness
