Spaghetti and Meatballs Card Make-and-Take

Hello and welcome to this weeks Make-and-Take Demo!!!

This weeks craft has so many PASTA-bilities!! We are making a Spaghetti and Meatball card!!!

Join us in the video below and see what we’re cookin’:

Let’s start by creating a place to eat our pasta!

Fold your card base and a piece of kraft paper to make our table! We’ll use this sheer ribbon as a tablecloth!

Using a bit of double sided tape on either side we can secure the ribbon to our table and to our card!

Now, let’s set the table!!

There are a few grey papers to choose from- which ever you like best will be your plate!! You can draw a little divot in the plate if you’d like the illusion of depth!

We’ll also cut some of this felt-texture paper and fold it a bit to make a napkin!! Do you know how to make a fancy napkin swan?? That would be impressive to recreate out of paper!

Let’s not forget about silverware!! Cut yourself out whatever utensils you like best for this dish!

It’s time to serve our Spaghetti and Meatballs!!

Punch meatball shapes out of this red paper and crumple them up a bit for a rounded look!

Our noodles are out of yellow twine, bunch them up to make the plate look full!!

Don’t forget about Garlic Bread!! This little slice of goodness is made by trimming some suede paper and white cardstock, coloring in the butter and garlic flakes!

The inside of the card is the best part!!

We custom created this stamp special for this card! “Happy Birthday! Have a Ball”!! You could give it a trim to look like a banner or cut out the sentiments individually to make the sentiment that suits you best!

Add in a bit more noodles and a run-away meatball!! You could use a thicker yarn for a chewier bite!

Oh my GOSH what a tasty card that was to make!!

Try not to eat it before you send it along and make someone’s day!

Hopefully they’ll Spaghett-it in one piece!!

Thanks for following along and enjoying the silly puns.. want one more?

Where does Spaghetti like to go dance? ….. The MEAT-BALL!!!!

We’ll have this craft cooking all week, so we’ll see you soon to make this super cute card!!

Happy crafting!!
