Envelope Art Ideas

Hi friends!! I am so excited to share with you all sorts of fun ideas for making your ENVELOPES look exciting and look even MORE FUN! Check out the Video Tutorial below to see all the ideas in full:

For this Demo, I wanted to give you some fun ideas for adding FLARE to your envelopes!

Here, I used some fun decorative paper, a stencil, and some fun mesh ribbons to make a fun Collage Envelope! I love the castle! This envelope would be perfect to send to a couple that maybe just got married!!

If you have a style of card like this, and maybe you are worried about items falling off in the mail, you can MAIL IT IN A CLEARBAG!!! Just place the stamp on the outside of the Clearbag and make sure the recipient’s address is nice and clear!

Check out this idea using a piece of Map Paper! I unfolded an old envelope and traced and cut it out to make a fun envelope shape. THEN I used an X-acto Knife to cut out a rectangle-shaped hole from the front of the envelope. I covered the hole with Acetate and then wrote the address on a different piece of paper and adhered it BEHIND the Acetate.

This makes the address TOTALLY waterproof!! I added Spray Oxide Inks and some added doodles to make the Map Envelope as FUN AS POSSIBLE!!

I have some of my Elli Art printed here (I sell coloring sheets which are GREAT for card making, collage art, and more!) Check out this idea using some of the plants from my plant doodles paper!!

I love this next idea using Oxide Spray Inks, more Elli Art (the Mushroom Designs Coloring Sheet!!), and a black envelope.

I wanted to show how FUN it is to use the sprays on the design as well as having a fun circle-theme… even for the address!! I absolutely LOVE how this envelope came together!!

I love this idea of using Tree Patterned Paper, cutting it out, and gluing it to the front of an envelope. You can even slice the edge of a tree trunk with an X-acto Knife to then TUCK IN THE ADDRESS behind a tree!!

On the back of the envelope, I fussy-cut a couple trees to make the front and back come together. I am SO HAPPY with how this envelope turned out!!
