Elli Art Mini-Shadowbox Make-N-Take Craft

Hello friends! Welcome to this week’s Mini-Shadowbox Make-N-Take Craft and Demo!!

Every week on Wednesday at Noon we demonstrate a new $5 Make-N-Take Craft. The Demo is FREE to attend! If you want to make the craft it is $5!

Once Demo is over, the Craft Table will be set up with the weekly craft until the following Wednesday. You can stop by ANY DAY of the week and make a craft!

For THIS WEEK’s Make-N-Take Craft we are making…. a Mini-Shadowbox using Elli Art!! Check out how fun these are!!

To make these fun Shadowboxes we are using a piece of Solar White cardstock cut to: 10 1/4” x 4 1/4”

I scored the card stock at: 4” , 5” , 9” , and 10”

Next, we will need to make the middle layer. This piece is 1” x 4 1/2”.

I scored this piece at 1/4” and 4 1/4”

Next, I used a 2” Circle Punch to cut out a circle out of the 2 larger panels of the shadowbox.

Then, I put it together! I folded on the score lines and then glued the tab to create “box” shape.

Then, we’ll take the little layering strip and put glue on either tab. Then I slid the tab in the middle of the “box” we just created.

What I LOVE about creating Shadowboxes is that they fold totally flat to fit in a greeting card or to store when not in use.

Once the layer is in place, it’s time for the FUN PART!! DECORATING!!

This week we are using Elli Art to add dimension to the Shadowbox!
